02What this site collects

ELDOVANT keeps data collection to the minimum needed to show you the site and to answer you if you write. This policy follows the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to everyone who uses the site. Three things happen, and only three:

• Technical data is received automatically when a page is requested (section 04).
• The details you type into the contact form are used, only if you send them (section 03).
• Two kinds of settings are stored on your own device (section 05).

This site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social-media widgets or third-party fonts. It has no accounts, no passwords and no payments. It does not sell personal data, and it does not make decisions about you by automated means.

03Contact messages

If you use the contact form, you provide: the type of inquiry, your name, your email address, and your message. Your organisation, a project name and links are optional.

Purpose

To read your message, assess it and reply — for collaborations, licensing and distribution, music and scoring, press, or anything else you raise.

Legal basis

Handling your request, at your request, before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and ELDOVANT's legitimate interest in running its business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)). You also confirm by ticking the box before you send.

How it travels

When you press send, the form is transmitted to , which delivers it to ELDOVANT and acts on ELDOVANT's behalf as a processor. The form does not send anything to this website. It opens your own email application with the message filled in; the message then travels through your email provider and ELDOVANT's mailbox. At the moment the form only prepares the text of a message for you to copy. Nothing is sent to, or stored by, this website.

Please avoid

Sensitive information (health, political or religious views, identity documents). It is not needed to assess a project.

04Technical data and hosting

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, and basic information about your browser and device.

This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults (ELDOVANT's legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept by the hosting provider under its own retention rules. ELDOVANT does not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

05Storage on your device

This site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's own storage for two small, functional purposes:

Nothing in this storage is sent to a server, contains personal data, or identifies you. Because it is used only to give you the choice you made and to avoid repeating an animation, this site does not show a cookie banner. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. 06Third-party content

The site loads nothing from third parties when a page opens. Two situations can involve them, and both start with your action:

• Trailers. Where a title has a trailer, the video player loads only after you press play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. From that moment YouTube receives technical data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
• Links. Links to YouTube, other platforms or a place to watch a title are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that service's own policy applies.

07Recipients and transfers

Personal data is shared only with providers strictly needed to run the site and handle correspondence: the hosting provider, the email provider and, if used, the form service. They process it on ELDOVANT's instructions or under their own legal duties. If a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

08How long data is kept

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any collaboration that follows, and are then deleted, unless the law requires them to be kept. Technical data is kept by the hosting provider under its own rules. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (section 09).

09Your rights

You may, at any time:

• ask what data ELDOVANT holds about you, and receive a copy;
• have it corrected, or deleted;
• ask for its use to be restricted, or receive it in a portable format;
• object to processing that rests on ELDOVANT's legitimate interest;
• withdraw your consent where consent is the basis, without affecting what was done before.

To use any of these, write to . ELDOVANT may ask you to confirm who you are. It will answer within one month, a period the law allows to be extended for complex requests.

10Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and children should not send messages through it. If you believe a child has, write to and the message will be deleted.

11Security

The site holds no accounts, passwords or payment details, so there are none to protect or lose. Messages travel through providers that apply their own security measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep sensitive details out of your message.

12Changes to this policy

If the site changes in a way that affects your data — a new tool, a new provider — this policy is updated first, and the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always the one on this page.
