By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms do not apply to what happens on a third-party platform once you leave this site for it — that platform's own terms take over at that point.
02What ELDOVANT is
ELDOVANT is an independent house for original films, short films, series and music. This site presents ELDOVANT, its productions and its studio, and lets you send a message for business inquiries and collaboration. It sells nothing, and holds no account, password or payment of yours.
A title's status — announced, in development, in production, in post-production, coming soon or released — reflects where it actually stands when the page was last updated, not a promise of a release date unless one is explicitly given.
03Permitted use
You may browse this site and watch what it makes available to you, for your own personal, non-commercial information. You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute, broadcast or otherwise exploit the site's content beyond viewing it in your browser, without ELDOVANT's written permission;
- interfere with the site's normal operation, attempt to bypass its security, or extract its content or data by automated means (scraping, harvesting);
- use the contact form for advertising, spam, or any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- present ELDOVANT, its productions or its name in a false or misleading way, including by impersonation.
04Ownership of content
Unless a caption or credit says otherwise, the films, short films, series, music, images, trailers, text, the ELDOVANT name and logo, and the design of this site are original works of ELDOVANT, or are licensed to it, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use that material beyond viewing it here. Third-party marks, footage or music that appear with credit remain the property of their respective owners.
Where ELDOVANT uses artificial-intelligence tools in a production, the rights position and required disclosures are checked before release, following the platform rules in force at that time; a work is credited to ELDOVANT once that check is complete, not before.
05What you send
When you write to ELDOVANT through the contact form, the content of your message stays yours. By sending it, you grant ELDOVANT the right to read it, keep a copy, and use it internally to assess and reply to your inquiry — nothing more. Sending a message does not create any collaboration, licence or contractual relationship: that only happens if ELDOVANT and you separately agree to one, in writing.
Do not send material you do not have the right to share, or anything confidential you are not prepared for ELDOVANT to read in order to assess your inquiry. How your details are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
06Third-party platforms and links
Some titles can be watched, and some trailers play, on external platforms such as YouTube. Some links lead elsewhere on the web. ELDOVANT does not control those platforms or sites, is not responsible for their content, availability or terms, and linking to one is not an endorsement of everything on it. Once you follow a link or press play on an embedded video, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens next.
07No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. ELDOVANT does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure, that every piece of information is complete or current, or that any announced production will be completed or released on a particular date.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELDOVANT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from content on a third-party platform it links to. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
09Age and content
This site is not directed at children under 16, and the contact form should not be used by them. Some productions may not be suitable for all ages; where a platform hosting a title shows an age rating or restriction, that rating applies.
10Changes to the site and these terms
ELDOVANT can change, suspend or discontinue any part of this site at any time, including a title's listed status as a production moves forward. These terms can also change, to reflect the site or the law; the date at the top marks the current version, which is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version in force at that time.
